You are the heartbeat of our technical operations, ensuring clients' systems run smoothly, securely, and without interruption day-in and day-out. We look for individuals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and taking ownership of client environments.
A Day in the Life at Calico
Technology work is ultimately people work. At Calico Systems, each day is shaped by the clients and communities we serve. No two days will be identical, but here is what a day might look like.
For someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, thoughtful problem solving, and seeing the immediate impact of their work.
Begin with the people who rely on us
Reviewing client needs, managed system alerts, and scheduled work. A local business may need help with a workstation, or a nonprofit with a new employee setup. The goal is helping someone get confidently back to work.
Solve problems where they happen
Providing remote support, preparing equipment, or visiting a nearby client site. This could include configuring a computer or checking a security concern. Patience and communication matter just as much as technical skill.
Build reliable technology experiences
